Marius Berger

Holding a higher technician diploma (BTS) in Hygiene and Cleanliness, Marius Berger started his career in the health care system as a specialized technician in work organization. Subsequently, he held various management positions responding to the health-related needs of the environmental sanitation industry. Today, his company Solutions ID2BM Inc. offers a comprehensive range of consulting services in hygiene, disinfection and environmental services, both at the operational and strategic levels. Throughout his career, he has been involved in various initiatives:

  • Training program from the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MSSS)
  • Harmonization of cleaning practices in various healthcare facilities and regions of Quebec
  • Development and sustainability of the Association Hygiène et Salubrité en Santé (Environmental Cleanliness in health care facilities Association - AHSS) where he acted as President between 2007 and 2008
  • Authoring various provincial reference documents
  • Design, implementation and teaching of a vocational studies diploma (DVS) in Hygiene and Environmental Services within the health care industry

He regularly gives lectures pertaining to the health and safety sector and writes technical articles in specialized publications.

This multi-faceted experience now enables him to contribute effectively to the development of cleaning and disinfection services in health care facilities, and the success of work teams in the field.
